Terms of sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms of sale.  All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

If you have any uncertainty regarding the terms of sale please contact us before completing any purchase.

In the rare situations where stock is not available for delivery for whatever reason we will contact the customer and offer a full refund if an acceptable delivery date cannot be agreed upon.

Dispatch & Delivery

(timeframe excludes - Christmas/Easter and public holidays)

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia.

Orders will be processed within 3 business days from receipt of payment and 5 business days from receipt of cheque/money order payment.

We will only deliver the goods once funds have cleared our bank account.  In the case of payments by cheque/money order we will hold the goods up to ten (10) days before releasing the product back into stock and automatically cancelling the order.

Regular postage 5-10 working days

$10.00 for 1 pair up to 4 pairs ordered

$20.00 for 5 pairs up to 9 pairs ordered

Refund & exchange

As our customer, our first priority is to ensure that you have a great online shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund or exchange on full price items less postage and in the case of an item being purchased on a sale price, we will happily exchange the item less postage.
